He was responsible for developing diverse methods of lead generation through social media marketing and new business development. Leonardo also worked as a Senior Manager of Technical Support at SolutionReach Inc, where he was responsible for overseeing the management of a business unit composed of 55 employees, enhancing culture, creating clearer career paths, training implementation, leadership development, and customer satisfaction. He was responsible for managing technical support strategic initiatives, including the development of the employee progression model for TSE1-4, the creation of JIRA internal ticketing system for escalation to technical support, backlog reduction, and efficiencies and optimization.
